How about this translation:

The company will refund the two months rent deposit of XXXX, the two months deposit of the management fees of XXXXX and the electricity deposit of XXXX , i.e. a total ofXXXXX with no pay interest to the tenant when ending/surrendering the tenancy.
The day when the tenant turns in the key and the reading of electricity meter:
The company will refund the deposit to the tenant within 7 days if there are not any rent delay payment, electricity and other sundries charges payment.
