In a Construction project, what should be incoporated in a tender documents? In a rennovation project, what should be incoporated in a tender documents? Any different between the rennovation project and construction project (new building)?

Construction is the process of building a new structure.
Renovation is the process of improving a structure.
They have many difference in terms of scales, cost, safety requirement, & environmental impact... etc.
The construction tender is alot more complicated. The tendering approach can include design-bid-build (DBB), the design-build (DB), the Construction Manager as Constructor approach and a Negotiated Approach. Each of these methods have advantages and disadvantages and all can be used to successfully plan, design and undertake a given construction project.
