1. 你第一句的意思是「由於電力負荷過大的建築物，所以這店鋪要關門。」文法沒有錯，但意思不知所謂。

2. 同上一句一樣，意思不知所謂。唔明點解停電會導致商店執笠。重有：electricity broken down 改為 black out或 power down就簡單得多！
