Request for quotations of new printers
Our company has been cooperating with your company for more than ten years. We bought some
of our current printers from your company. We appreciate that your company has been providing
us with good maintenance and repairing services. Since our current printers have been used for
more than ten years, we are going to buy new ones. We would like to ask for your help to give us
quotations of printers for our consideration.
We need printers with laser colour and auto-duplex printing functions. The printing speed should
not be fewer than 30 ppm for black-and-white output and 20 ppm for colour output. Currently we
find the brand HP (model no. X314Q) may fit our requirements. However, if you know any better
brands or models which meet our demands, please let us know. We should be grateful if you
could send us the quote and catalogue for our reference. We tend to buy at least five printers at
this moment. I wonder if you can offer our company a discount, or if you have trade-in service for
our old printers.
