May I know if the Siemens fridge we are now using..., the fridge part, should be no.1 the highest (the coolest) or no.5 the highest (the coolest)????

Try youself , turn on no.1 for a while & feel the temperature . Then turn to no.5 for a while also feel the temperature . Make the comparison & decide which one is the coldest .
