what are some good towns in Texas?

I'm thinking about moving back to Texas, and i raise horses and sell them, and also do rodeos, so i need to be in a farm town. preferably a small town, but near a larger city so that i could go when needed.

Keller, tx.... close to the city, but some farms are that direction. Same thing with Roanoke, TX.
