As the mass is being raised at a constant speed.By Newton's 1st law of motion, there is no net force acting on the mass.
Therefore, the force acting on the mass by the crane, F = weight = mg
So, output power = Fv
= mgv
= (10)(10)(0.1)
= 100 X 0.1
= 10 W
