Obviously the guy that homers. but .255 isn't that bad if he has a good OBP an contibutes in the field.

It all depends when the second player has his hits, because if they are clutch hits, i'd rather have him, but it looks like your talking about carlos pena, and he is a pretty clutch hitter, so on my team i would much rather have the first player, because he contributes a lot in runs, rbis, and HR's.
