我上年暑假被人檢控， 今年暑假8月19日上左法庭 ， 法官話罰我hk$400 ， 但問題係我係天水圍輕鐵客務中心交左290蚊 ，好怪 ~!! 咁樣得唔得， 算唔算交左 ？？？？？
定係我一定要係法庭個到交400 蚊 ~~!!! ？？？
如果係，我係天水圍輕鐵客務中心交左290蚊 可唔可以退回？？
有冇人試過情況好似我咁樣???

First of all, when did you pay the $290?If you are requested to attend court, then you have to go to court and paid the $400. Then you can go to LRT office and requested the staff to re-pay the $290. For details, please ask the LRT staff.

法庭的法官話罰你$400元。你必須要在法官比你的限期前交；否則法庭會通緝你。而且不能出入境。但我有一点不明白是閣下是否只是一次被輕鐵，即時有乘搭港鉄逃票或違返其他附例而被告上法庭。『你比法官罰是否因為達反西北鈇路有輕鉄附例；例如沒有買飛搭車或者其他。』你最好打港鉄熱綫问清楚；28881888
