A few days back, I was throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time. My doctor's diagnosis was food poisoning. Actually, my diet has been just as usual. May be my fridge was not cold enough that the food turned bad.

Just an opinion:
A few days ago, I suffered from diarrhoea and vomiting.
The doctor said I might have consumed unhygienic food.
Actually, I ate as usual; but perhaps the temperature of the fridge at my home wasn't low enough to keep the food fresh.

A few days ago, I had a diarrhoea and was vomiting. Doctor told me that I had eaten something wrong. In fact I ate as usual, but might be my refrigerator at home was not cool enough so that the food was spoiled.
