Would this color grab my color hair?..?

I like the red, it's more edgy.
but that's my personal opinion.
if you really wanna go miley's color..
you need to strip it first.
or bleach it. whatever the hell you wanna call it.
then you need to dye it.
be sure to deep condition weekly though, because this process is extremely damaging to hair.

But in any case, if your hair is....

blond- no worries
light brown- you won't get a bright red
medium brown - basically the darker your hair colour, the darker the red you'll need.
dark brown/black- don't even try, it will just come out blackish
salt and pepper- will result if you get like auburn hair dye, you'll have black and purple hair. Looks really cool. =D
Light red- probably any colour red except ultra bright
darker reds- same colour or a darker red will show up

It definetly will not last long though whatever colour you have, you need a permanent dye.

It should, but I would strip it before doing anything. At least that's what my wife does. She's a beautician.
