Im only allowed to use colours Brown-Blonde-Red-White if you want to make something else up.
I don't want to be to blonde either.

Well I think you look striking with the color you have now- I can't tell whether it's black or dark brown, and I think that white tips would look really edgy- blonde I think wouldn't be edgy enough- kind of dirty.The dark brown/black with blonde under-layers looks kind of... skunky, and though I always like red, white would definitely make more of an impression.
Oh, and a benefit to tips is that if you don't like them/decide to change it, you can just chop the bottom off, whereas if you get highlights/under-layers of a light color, you'll have to put bleach in your hair, and if you don't like it it will be very, very hard to do away with.

Black with red tips...if you already have dark hair, it'll be easy to fix if something goes wrong, but really cool and unexpected at the same time...my sister did the underneaths of her hairs red so it was really wild when it showed through.
