收到美國移民的擔保書

1.擔保是否一定要是直屬親屬,或是普通親屬(表兄弟等..)亦可?
Usually, no, the sponsor should be the one who initiate your application (if you are applying by a spouse, then it must be your spouse, or if you were getting Visa from family member, that must be the specific member of your family to act as sponsor.)

However, under extreme circumstance, if the main sponsor of your application cannot supple sponship application (Either it is disabled, or too old to work or whatever.) It can be a direct relative of the sponsor.
One baseline tho, a sponsor must be American Citizens
2.繳交擔保書有沒有限期?如有,限期多少天?
You need to supply sponsorship information within 1 calendar year (365) upto the request have made (the day that the sponsorship proof are issued.)
3.成人和小童的擔保費各需幾錢?
Your sponsor need to demostrate that he/she can support your stay in US, so he/she must show proof that he have been employed for a period of 12 month with a usual salary more than a certain amount.
WHen i apply my wife to US from Sweden, the sponsorship amount is your sponsor need to earn 17,500 or above in US.
They have a formula to calculate the sponsorship you need, i would say yopur sponsor need to earn more than 17,500 USD to be able to sponsor your application, more if you have dependent children.
The proof must be either in tax return form (The most common and secure) and/or Payslip, Group Payment advice, Bank Account or 401K can also be used as proof.
Notice that bank account alone cannot be used as a Sponsorship proof.
4.現時情況還需多久才可移民美國?
This is the second to last stage in the visa application, the last stage being getting CNCC in HK (or Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) then your visa would come out, i will say, 3- 4 month (1 month for correspondent, 1 month for CNCC application and 1-2 month for final correspondent)

1. Usually the sponsor is the one who apply you. But other can be the sponsor if necessary, although another set of the form is needed.

2. As soon as possible because the package has a validity of 1 year from signature.

3. It is not how much you pay. They want to prove that your sponsor has enough income to support you just in case.

4. Almost. Should be within 6 months.
