But you give too little information (eg, sex, age, etc) so I can't ensure what causes you low blood pressure.

If you don't want to see a doctor, I advise you to eat more high_iron content food(eg. liver etc) to see if any improvement is made.

actually my blood pressure is low too, its around(95,55) but I didnt feel dizzy. I'd ask a nurse, she said most teenage girls during their puberty has a blood pressure lower than the 'usual range' (110-140, 60-90)
