要寫一封信拒絕一位學生申請加入學校泳隊，原因係申請人數太多而被迫淘汰部份有才能的人選like him/her。並表示會將其file給予其他校隊考慮是否適合or於限期前向其他有興趣學會申請。多謝其支持同祝佢未來可以加入到自己心儀的學會.......THX

Thank you for your application to join our school’s swimming team. Unfortunately, there are many more capable applicants than we can accommodate and we therefore regret to inform you that we cannot accept your application at this time. We will, however, pass your file to other school teams for their consideration. You may also try to apply to other social clubs before the deadline. We thank you for your interest in us and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
