I don't get what you mean by a blackboard.

That C:\Document and settings\users\ is the normal path to various folders and that's not fully complete.

You asking that question shows that you have very little idea on how the C:\ structure works.

I strongly suggest you leave it well alone otherwise you will not find things you want and could even stop you computer from working properly if you start messing around with them.
