美國夏威夷文明病研究所通過調查5000多位女性發現,每天戴乳罩超過12個小時的女人,罹患乳腺癌的可能性比短時間戴或根本不戴乳罩的人高出20倍以上。女人戴乳罩是為了展示美或保護乳房,而晚上睡覺就沒有這個必要了
