在此句子內的確是需要一個 Adjective 的。我建議用 (desperate) 這個字。整句可以咁寫：I desperate need a toilet.因為用此字原因，是有一次在中環一間麥當勞內見到一個外籍主婦，當時她的孩子向媽說 Mum, I need a toilet ! 媽回答 Are you desperate !(妳是否很急)。
