NO.

" liu2 mang2 " ( 流氓 ) is Mandarin,
pronunciation in Cantonese is " lau4 man4 "

" 匪徒 " = " fei2 tou4 " is in Cantonese pronunciation,
and " 黑道 " is "hak1 dou6 "

all of these are " gangster ", but it's mostly used in Mandarin term.

in Cantonese we usually used " 古惑仔 " ( gu2 waak6 zai2 )

to describe a ganster you need adjectives...
give adj in English -- get in Cantonese...
