Are there monthly/annual fees for the E-ZPass NY?

I just bought my tag in a retailer, and I have not used it yet.
When I register it, I will use Credit Card as the replenishment method. But I need to know if there are fees such as account maintenance fee, or statement fees (I do not need paper statement), or any other type of fees that I will need to pay periodically.
