1. negative is smaller than positive number

-7/3,-9/2 and -6/5 are all smaller than -1
-1 is the second large
Compare -7/3,-9/2 and -6/5,
we find the L.C.M. of 3,2 and 5, which is 30.
-7/3=-70/30
-9/2=-135/30
-6/5=-36/30
because 135>70>36
therefore, the order is -9/2, -7/3, -6/5, -1, 9/4






2.(-4/3) x -4 x -8/7 / 16/17
=-4/3 x -4 x -8/7 x 17/16
THEN simplify,
=-1/3 x -1 x 1/7 x 17
= 17/21
