我e家全部影片都睇唔到,個影片顯示係1張白紙上面有個方格,1禁入去就話:
window無法開啟這個檔案:

要開啟這個檔案,window需要知道他是由哪個程式建立的,window可以到線上自動搜尋,或你可以用手動方式從你的電腦上的程式清單選取

不清楚你現時保留那個媒體播放器, 你移除RealPlayer, Windows Media Player時, 可能一併删除有關編碼(Codecs), 以致不能開啟影片檔案, 可試下載Codecs Pack, 包含各類多媒體格式編碼, 看看能否解決問題。K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 5.0.5

May be your player are lost some codec for play video!Or u can try the GOM player!It can help u to find which codec that u are miss!And it can play most of all the format video!More important it is free!
