the possible percentage decrease of Anna's weight is 9.09%(corr to 3 sig. fig.)
Since Chris lost 20% of weight , we got 72kg*0.8= 57.6kg
their weight is less than 4 kg : 53.6kg-61.6kg
If Anna's weight decrease to 60kg,
the percentage decrease will be [(66-60)/66]*100%
=9.09%(corr to 3 sig. fig.)
