Well, you can eat meringue (made from whipped egg white and sugar) I once read in a body building book that you are supposed to eat protein and carbohydrates separately due to different digestive processes, but I don't do that, and I've never heard of anyone who does, except in that book, but why would you eat egg with spun sugar! Is it nice hehe
