我覺得重安装windows 係最好方法，不過首先backup哂全部你要files 先。然后安装windows

可能性有二：中毒 (worm 之類，它們自動在機內複制，塞機至死)。硬碟上擠塞太多癈件和(或)沒有做碎片整理 (Defragmentation) 以致拖慢運作。

1. 有否安裝掃毒程式？如有，開用掃清所有磁區。如無，裝後入反毒程式然後關機重開，立時進入安全模式 (Safe Mode) 內掃之。此為快準之法。如掃後證實中毒，清後開機記著去開動防火牆和以後定時掃毒。

2. 做清理磁碟：右鍵按 C: ，Properties，在 General 頁上按 Disk Cleanup 後照做至完畢。

3. 碎片整理，右鍵按 C: ，Properties，按 Tools 頁，按 Defragmentation。

以上三步雖然不是太快之法，但因全是自動，故亦不壞，總比重裝視窗之後再裝你用的程式和一切設定好得多，洗機重裝視窗不難，但裝程式及設定會花上十至八小時伴機之功，想起都怕。

開一個網頁都要很久, have you check the internet speed or the connection you are using? if the wires are damaged/ the broadband company is reconstructing when you are using, the speed will be slow(not because of your computer)
It maybe your computer has virus, even though it is new, it can still get virus too, you should do a virus scan for your computer.
Or because you have too many 程式, but電腦是新的, that should not be a problem. But some 程式 may be not suitable for your computer, and make it slower. The common ones should be fine, just the programs that you installed yourself(like photo editing, games...)
