我們已經向郵政署詢問相關情況,他們指出有兩個可能.(一,郵件已經遺失,二,邸件被海關扣查.)
由於該商品已超過了正常的郵遞時間.故此,我們當作郵件已經遺失,即時向閣下退回所有費用.
另外,我們對於未有即時向閣下作出回應,因而加深閣下的不滿,深表抱歉,請閣下見諒.

We have referred to the postal department about the situation. The post office replied that there were two possibilites: 1) the parcel was lost or 2) it was retained by the Custom and Excise department.

Since it has exceeded the normal delivery time, it seems very probable that the parcel was lost and we therefore refunded you all the charges.

We apologise for not promptly reply, which might lead to your dissatifaction. We deeply regret the situation and beg your pardon.

That merchandise has exceeded it's normal delivery time. So, we thought that the post has been lost. We instantly refunded the fes to the costumer.
In addition, we apologize for not replying instantly to you .
