There are a lot of variables, such as

1.The economic environment. Just like the financial crisis, even if you join big 4 as graduate, you may be redundant or forced to have no-pay leave.

2.Whether you join big corporation, mid-tier, or small companies and how much they can afford

Promotion is always depends on your performance.If you are revenue-driven, there is always opportunities.

If you got the job, the company should provide resources for your exam or else you can check out from organisations, such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, CPA (US), CA (Australia). Get the job is always more difficult than getting pass and the licence.
