高手請進 (Q.26) Translation

Go home, why don’t I? The fields are about to wither! I made the move to take up civil job to earn a living. Why am I full of sorrow, grieving on my own now? I am aware that what had done wrong in the past could not be fixed but I can still do something for the future. I realise that I have not gone on to the wrong path for too long. I know what I do now is right whereas what I did in the past was wrong.

回去吧﹗田園快荒蕪了，為何還不回去呢？

既然為了衣食而去做官，為何鬱鬱不快、獨自悲傷？

明白以往的錯誤已經無法改正，未來的事情卻可以補救。

事實上我迷途並不太遠，已經明白今天的想法正確而以往的做法不對。
