the top note means how many beats in a bar, while the lower note means the time length of the beat

22 means two minims in a bar (similar to 44)
32 means three minims in a bar (similar to 64)
42 means four minims in a bar
38 means three quavers in a bar

上方的數字表示 how many beats in a bar, 下方的數字表示什麼音 gets one beat, 2 表示 minim, 8 表示 quaver, 4 表示 crotchet. eg. 2/2 表示 2 minim beats in a bar, 3/2 means 3 minim beats in a bar, 3/8 means 3 quaver beats in a bar, 4/4 means 4 crotchet beats in a bar.
