遺失了公司鋼印

If the common seal of the compny is lost, you can make another one with the approval of this in a duly held directors' meeting. The use of this common seal is normally governed by the Articles of Association of the company. You can check this requirment and to comply with it. Simply affixing a common on any document without the approval of such affixing by the borad of directors in a meeting is void. The documents requring the affixing of this seal is normally has to be signed by the authorised director(s) in the directors' meeting approving the execution of the documents.

Actually, if u loss the company's common seal, you should need to prepare a minute of board of directors' meeting to pass the resolution for loss of the common seal and adopt the new one.
