1. [1/(2-i)]+[1+(2+i)](2 + i)/[(2 - i)(2 + i)] + 3 + i
= (2 + i)/(4 + 1) + 3 + i
= 0.4 + 0.2i + 3 + i
= 3.4 + 1.2i
In case the question is in error and should be [1/(2-i)]+[1/(2+i)] then
[1/(2-i)]+[1/(2+i)]
= [(2+i)+(2-i)]/[(2 - i)(2 + i)]
= 4/(4 + 1)
= 4/5
2. [i/(2-i)]-[i/(2+i)]
= [i(2 + i) - i(2 - i)] / [(2 + i)(2 - i)]
= (2i - 1 - 2i - 1)/(4 + 1)
= -2/5
