Micro SD memory card error, please help!?

the message says "memory card error". I've tried so many things but format it, coz I don't want to erase my kids' pix in there. Anything I could do to save them and open the memory card. Please help!!!

I think you buy new micro SD memory card. No choice to save your picture.
