Scale interval = 5 mm, so max. ab. error = 5/2 = 2.5 mm = 0.25 cm.
So max. length = 4.5 + 0.25 = 4.75 cm.
max. width = 6.5 + 0.25 = 6.75 cm.
max. area = 4.75 x 6.75 = 32.0625 cm^2.
Measured area = 4.5 x 6.5 = 29.25 cm^2.
so error = 32.0625 - 29.25 = 2.8125 cm^2.
