No school is bad school, only bad students.However, transfer within the same state (From CC to university) will have a better advantage because the university will know more about the CC and they can make a better decision in admission and credit transfer.
For instance, you want to go to UC (any campus). It will be better for you to go to Foothill. Same situation, it will be better for you to go to Westhill for University of Washington.

沒有影响。最重要係你有冇比心機去看待果兩年，咁就可以決定到你進入邊間大學。
FOOTHILL…我諗最好唔好去讀。因為個名聲唔係太好，好多學生都讀唔成書。(不過最重要還是睇自己既自制能力)
WestHill ?好似聽過…不過唔好意思唔清楚。
當然唔係啦…關地區咩事呀﹗西雅圖既CC，人地既學生一樣可以考入出名既大學。如果你有心讀既話就唔好去點太好玩既州讀書。因為對一個學生嚟講實在太多誘惑…有好多學生淨係卦住玩﹐咁就浪費左父母既金錢同自己既時間。

Most CCs will list out what Universities that their students transfer to...
but it is only for reference, so just ignore it.
Example:
In the history of 25 years of the CC, only 3 of their students go to Harvard, and they can still state that their students go to Harvard.
