What does "你带着笑颜又藏着不安....又来到了我面前...." mean?

Someone wrote this to me but when I use Babelfish it says something about a face smiling restlessly, and doesn't make sense :) I'm hoping someone who knows Chinese can give a more accurate translation. Thank you!

as far as i can tell, the first part is "you hid your anxiety with a smile" or possibly "you smiled uneasily".
the "又...又..." is a set pattern used as "both...and...".
and the second part is something along the lines of "you came before me".

so i would say that it means "you stood in front of me and smiled uneasily". it could probably be done more colloquially but i'm pretty confident that it's close.

btw there's a rather awesome site that i use called nciku.com - it doesn't do phrases but try copying and pasting your phrase in. it breaks it down into words which you can then research seperately. it rocks for anyone who wants to study Mandarin Chinese :)
