Apply thought long stay
1.) Well, not much else to say, you can get married to a UK Citizens and apply ILR, you will get ILR 3 years after you apply spouse visa then stay for 1 year to get citizenship, if you do not hold BNO, you'll need 3 years to get UK Citizenship after ILR
2.) HSMP is a immediate migration program for people who process higher skill, HSMP are a point based system, everything leads to certain points, and you get to migrate to UK once you got 75 points, generally, you can apply HSMP if you earn over 32000 GBP per year or you have a valid MBA degree. After you get ILR from HSMP, you need to stay 1 more year to get citizenship
3.) Apply a working visa and have your employer sponsor you, once you work for them for 5 years, you can apply ILR, then 1 more year to citizenship

What Gary said is incorrect, although BNO can register as British Citizens if lived in UK for 5 years, you still need to be "FREE OF IMMIGRATION CONTROL" that mean you still require to have ILR to be eligible to obtain UK Citizenship
