製做醋酸鈉

你可以用氫氧化鈉(泡打粉)來中和醋,再蒸發晒d水,就可得到醋酸鈉.

相信你是想做那hot ice的實驗!
不過要注意,醋的份量一定要比氫氧化鈉多,因為如果過多氫氧化鈉,當水蒸發後,那些醋酸鈉也會有氫氧化鈉,繼而破壞實驗!

不過如果你想個弄出來的sodium acetate沒其他雜質的話,你應該用梳打粉,梳打粉的成份是sodium bicarbonate,而baking powder有starch, sodium phosphate等!

You can use baking powder & white vinegar to make sodium acetate. Use soap bowl & put some baking powder(not too much) onto the bowl. Add a little bite vinegar slowly to the bowl & mix well with baking powder.Keep adding until no more bubbles coming out that indicate the reaction is completed.
NaHCO3 + CH3COOH----->CH3COONa + H2O + CO2
Put the solution in microwave oven to dry it. The sodium acetate is yellowish powder.
