If you have documents or any stuffs to China, please place into the carton and seal with packing tape. Also make down your name, department and category. Then, put in front of the pantry for Mr. Lee arrangement.

Please collect the carton from the colleagues of warehouse.

If you need to have some documents or materials delivered to Mainland China, seal them in carton boxes with packing tapes.
Write down your name, department and category of the sent items on the boxes.
Then put them in front of the door of the pantry room, and Mr. Lee will make the (delivery) arrangement after counting.
Go and get some carton boxes from the Warehouse staff.

You need to move to the mainland of the documents or items into cardboard boxes and letters, and box surface to write on your name, class name and file, and then placed in front of the pantry where, in order to count and arrange for Mr. Lee removal to the mainland. Cartons to the warehouse staff receive.
