1.
[(53)+(53)]+[(63)+(63)]-4
=(15+15)+(18+18)-4
=30+36-4
=62m2
∴The total aera of the walls inside the room is 62m2.

2a.
1385+617+195+807
=1400+600+200+800
=2000+1000
=3000
∴The cost of making a wardrobe is $3000.

2b.
(1385+52%)+617+195+807
=(1400+52%)+600+200+800
=1400+600+200+800
=2000+1000
=3000
∴The new cost of making a wardrobe is $3000.

1)
6x5x2+6x3x2+3x5x2-4.2
=60+36+30-4.2
=126-4.2
=121.8
∴The total aera of the walls inside the room is 121.8m^2.

2a)
1385+617+195+807
=1400+600+200+800
=2000+1000
=3000
∴The cost of making a wardrobe is $3000.

2b)
1385x(1+25%)+617+195+807
=1400+1400x25%+600+200+800
=1400+350+600+200+800
=3000+350
=3350
∴The new cost of making a wardrobe is $3350.
