Mixed number into improper fraction?:
= 4 11/12
= (4[12] + 11)/12
= (48 + 11)/12
= 59/12

Use arithmetic property that division is the inverse of multiplication and the property that multiplication is commutative:

4 / 11 / 12 =

4 * 1/11 * 1/12

4 * 1/12 * 1/11 = 1/3 * 1/11 = 1/33 = (you should be able to calculate this in your head)

Think I misread. Did you mean 4/12 and 11/12

4/12 reduce and it is a common fraction you should know

11/12= 11 * 1/12. since 1/12 is 1/4 of what you found above divide it by 4 then multiply by 11
