英文~ 出一封解僱信

1 . ) 想出一封英文的解僱信, 簡單的, 不用寫原因, 一個月通知期, 要他做到 9 月 2 日, 那應該點寫 ?
這樣寫可以嗎 ?
We regret to inform you that your employment with abc company ( 我的公司名 ) shall be terminated on 2nd Sep. 2009. Although we regret the situation, this act is compulsory.
如果真係抱歉迫不得已要裁員，用'terminated' 和'compulsory'是較強硬的字眼不太好，可以用其它較中性的字'finish' 和'necessary'代替。
我改一改寫較易接受的字句：
We have to inform you that your employment with this company will have to finish in one month on Sept 2, 2009.
We wish to tell you that it has been a difficult decision for us to take this regrettable but necessary action.
2. )

(a) awaiting your reply 是對的 。
如用for則寫waiting for your reply，意思一樣。

(b) 期待你的回覆 ...
我會寫 Looking forward to receiving your reply，或者I look forward to receiving your reply.
'response'是反應，可以有不同形式，不一定是回覆，所以不用。

(c) 想講今日收到你們的付款 , 講 We received your payment today.這樣寫是可以的。
