"Interleaf" looks like a contender – an extra page inserted into a book.

I think "interleaf" might be the noun, and "to interleave", the verb.

Words include compound or composite words.
I suggest:
AFTER-LINE: A line that still is seen after a larger mark has faded.
FELINE-ART: Art that specialises in or includes cats.
FLEET-RAIN: Not rain on the navy, but Rain that comes and goes swiftly.
FEEL-TRAIN: Training for feeling, not for sight.

There are no words in the English language that contain these letters alone. I used this website: http://wordsmith.org/anagram/anagram.cgi?anagram=t+f+l+i+n+r+e+e+a&t=1000&a=n

There are, however, many cases where two words can be used to use all these letters!

Hope this helps!
