ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN
Echopattern of the liver appears unremarkable. Centred at segment IV of left lobe of liver, there is a well-circumscribed high echoic liver nodule measuring 1.8 x 2.4 cm. Multiple hepatic cysts noted at the right hepatic lobe, sizes measuring from 8 to 28 mm. Minimal amount of fulid noted around the liver.
Spleen normal.
Pancreas is of normal size and echopattern.
There is no hydronephrosis of renal stone.
Urinary bladder appears normal and smooth walled.
Uterus is retroverted measuring 8.1 cm in height, 4cm in AP diameter and 4.7 cm in transverse diameter.
Normal midline endometrial echo observed.
Ovaries and adnexae are unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
At segment IV of left lobe of liver, there is a 1.8 x 2.4cm well-circumscribed high echoic liver nodule. If patient is not a hepatitis carrier and AFP negative, the lesion most likely represent a liver haemangioma.
CBD normal size. No gallstone.
Spleen normal. Pancreas and kindeys appear unremarkable.
There is a minimal amount of fluid noted around the right hepatic lobe. A few liver cysts also noted at the right hepatic lobe.
Uterus is retroverted. Minimal amound of fluid noted at the pouch of douglas.
