If you breathe but don't drink anything, about 3 - 5 days.
if you breathe and drink but don't eat, aboout a month.

If you are hanging upside-down by a noose around your neck, then not long. If you mean just being upside-down, then as long as it would take for you to die right side up. Your body would adjust to the altered position and pump blood everywhere it needed to be. Unless you had a weak heart or other medical condition to your circulatory system, then eventually your body just adapts.
