DBM = High Diploma DBM is not = HKCEE 5 pass
If you want to apply HKCEE 5 pass Government post, you need to re-take HKCEE next year (last year)
OR go to take GCE-OL exam in HKEAA
GCE-OL = HKCEE in Government

you can only take english and chinese two subject in GCE-OL
