Before checking the software, I should have all source files of the web, such as, flash pic, font, program code and so on; if not I can't make any change.

I have to get the web site all falsh file source code (including flash pic, font, program code) before checking software, otherwise I cannot make any changes.

如果你想用"解決唔到你嘅問題"代替"改唔到", 英文可用 otherwise I cannot fix your problem.
