In Brazil We speak portuguese...Both languages(spanish and portuguese) are closer each other because Portugal was a state of Spain in the past....
But Spanish people cannot understand portuguese..... In the other way brazilian people can understand many words of spanish because our dictionary is bigger than theirs

Portuguese is the stable language of Brazil. many people think of that purely because of the fact Brazil is an element of Latin usa then spanish is it´s community language yet this isn´t authentic. as a count of actuality Brazil is the only usa in latin usa the place spanish it´s not the stable language.
