kinda difficult to write as a radical here, considering the availability of symbols in Yahoo's formatting depository

but you know that tick sign with the little numbers in front? yeah that's a radical. radical ay?

anyway you'd have to do it like this:

   _______
³v/ (8w³)²

now
you need to simplify it
so you take 8^(2/3) = (8²)^(1/3) = 64 ^ (1/3)
= 4.

then (w³)^(2/3) is w²

simplified, it is 4w²

= (8w^3)^(2/3)

= ³√((8w^3)^2)

= ³√((2w)^(3 * 2))

= ³√(2w)^(6)

= (2w)^(6 * 1/3)

= (2w)^2

= 4w^2

(8w^3)^(2/3)
= (2^3)^(2/3)[w^(3 * 2/3)]
= 2^(3 * 2/3)(w^2)
= 2^2(w^2)
= 4w^2

[ 8^(1/3) w ]^2

[ 2 w ]^2

4 w^2
