我 last working day 係 8月5日, 但由於仍有三日大假未放, 所以本人last working day會提早三日 , 至8月1日. 我既所有工作流程, 會於 8月1日前交帶給有關同事.

這是關乎你前途的書函，要是你以上述諸位的答案發表的話...我不敢再說了。亂說一通的答案，真的可以累苦人。請小心選擇。話說回來，my last working day不是很自然順暢，我改正為my last day of work。

My last day of work is supposed to be on 5 August. With 3 days of annual leave considered, it will thus be advanced by 3 days, viz 1 August. Everything in my scope of responsibilities will be passed to the colleagues concerned on 1 August.

有人既然說中文是她的母語，就請尊重一下自己的母語吧。
打些不倫不類的口語中文，完全不尊重中國文化。
用中文不是問題，問題在於用得不知所謂，用這種中文，不如不用，免得自己的母語受到侮辱了。
Janice那麼有空，不如花些時間去改善一下你自己的中文水平，總好過在這裡無的放矢，含血噴人呀。

My last working day is on August 5, but because still had on third the paid annual leave not to put, therefore myself last working day will shift to an earlier time on third, to August 1. My all work flow, the halving belt will already give the concerned colleague before August 1.

My last working day is on August 5, but, by far, I still have three entitled annual leave not taken, so the day should be three days earlier, i.e. on August 1. I will handover all my duties to corresponding colleagues respectively before August 1.

My last working day the Department on August 5, but still did not leave on the 3rd major release, so I will be ahead of last working day on the 3rd to August 1. I have all the work processes, will be August 1 to pay band to the colleagues.
