In Brazil the Language is Portuguese.
You have Portuguese from Portugal And Portuguese from Brazil.
They are similar but you can find some different words and different accent.

the official language is Portuguese.
since they are a melting pot, just like Americans, and they are in South America, close to other countries that speak Spanish..most of them speak Span as well..i mean, both languages are Latin-based anyway.
but i would go for B.
